We know life happens! If you need to reschedule your appointment, simply contact us via text (619)880-6796 before our 3 hour cut-off time and we'll be happy to help, with no charge to your card.

Our mobile detailing service is designed for maximum convenience, eliminating the need for you to provide water or electricity hookups. We come fully equipped to tackle any detailing job on-site.

However, for some services, like deep cleaning or paint restoration, access to water and electricity can expedite the process. In those cases, we'll politely inquire about the availability beforehand.

• Trash Removal Made Easy: We offer complimentary trash removal during our detailing service. To expedite the process, consider bagging any trash beforehand. This allows our detailers to focus on giving your car a radiant shine.
   
• Glove Box & Center Console: These compartments often contain important documents. Our detailers are trained to respect your privacy and will leave these areas untouched unless requested. If you'd like them cleaned, please remove any documents beforehand.

So our $15 After the Rain Special includes everything from our Exterior Wash and Dry service and the way it works is simple:

• if you see rain outside we open the special up to be booked while it is raining outside
• you may visit our website and book at that time for any future day or time available. So lock in that price when it rains even if you dont need the wash right away.
• When the rain has stopped we then close booking for that service completely! This means you will no longer be able to book the special. Unfortunately, calling us after the rain has stopped for the special will not get you the deal.

• Driving Habits: City commuters battling traffic and parking lot dust bunnies will likely need more frequent detailing (every 3 months) compared to occasional highway cruisers (every 6 months).
   
• San Diego's Climate: Our sunshine can be a blessing and a curse. While it keeps things dry, it can also bake on dust, dirt, and road grime. Factor in coastal elements like salt spray for those living near the beach.
   

Here's a quick breakdown to help you decide:

• Frequent Driver (Every 3 Months): City streets, parking lots, and regular use mean more frequent exposure to dirt and debris.
   
• Highway Cruiser (Every 4-6 Months): Less exposure to dust and traffic dirt, but highway grime and occasional weather elements still require attention.
   
• Beach Bum (Every 2-3 Months): Salt spray is brutal on your car's paint and finish. Consider more frequent detailing, especially after beach trips.
   

Remember, these are just guidelines! If you notice your car looking dull, feeling grimy, or harboring unpleasant odors, it's probably time for a detail, regardless of the timeframe.
